The Skelwith Group is set to deliver 705 residential apartments in the heart of Bradford city centre and regenerate a key site.
Working as the lead developer alongside Bradford Trident Trading, the Aspire CityGate development, located on the Manchester Road, aims to bring affordable apartment living back to the city centre.
Not only will Aspire City Gate deliver much needed housing, it will also regenerate a key area of the city which was identified by Bradford Trident Trading as an area in need of improvement.
Construction on phase one, which will deliver 224 apartments, will start later this year and completion is expected by the end of 2013. The apartments will give residents easy access to the city centre, transport links and is ideally located for those who travel throughout the region.
