The £30 million development will include a 44 bedroom hotel featuring a state-of-the-art spa. The spa totals 6,000 sq ft and will feature the latest treatments and technology making it one of the most impressive in the North of England. Set in more than 80 acres, the landscaped grounds include various gardens, lakes and bridges, giving the estate a majestic feel.
