Woolston Hotel

The Woolston Hotel will offer 145 rooms (10 of which will be executive Penthouse rooms), arranged over 6 floors.

The ground floor will offer a bistro bar and restaurant and access to a state of the art gym and health club and a swimming pool with sauna and jacuzzi facilities.

Floors 1-5 provide for the majority of the hotel accommodation. The standard rooms will be double rooms with wet bar, work station, state of the art multimedia and luxury bathroom suites.

The Penthouse floor on the 6th floor offer the height of luxury with the 10 exective rooms with King sized beds and walk out terraces. The penthouse level also accommodates the stunning Cognac bar with panoramic views of the city from its wrap around terrace.

Woolston Apartments

The Woolston apartments are contained within the renovated Woolston Warehouse, built for James Hill in 1903 to the design of Rhodes Calvert, who employed a palazzo style with a polychrome effect due to the use of sandstone and grey and green granites to produce this stunning piece of architecture. The warehouse comprises of 106 apartments that will be serviced by and have access to the hotels facilities.
