New homes in Bradford as part of regen project
Housebuilder Skelwith Group will build 500 new homes in Bradford as part of a city centre regeneration scheme.
The new home developer wants to build more affordable homes in the city centre, through its Aspire CityGate new home development.
Bradford city centre has been identified as an area that drastically requires regeneration.
The new build apartments, which are scheduled for completion in by the end of 2013, with phase one of the project due to start in early 2011, are expected to cost in the region of £50,000 to buy. - Read full story online here »

Skelwith project could increase demand for technicians attending plumbing course
A new initiative being carried out in Bradford may increase demand for engineers who have completed plumbing courses.

Skelwith Group to sponsor Leeds Carnegie
Aviva Premiership team Leeds Carnegie has announced Yorkshire property investment company Skelwith Group as main sponsor for the 2010-11 season.
The Skelwith Group has various high profile developments under construction including the £100 million Flaxby Country Resort near Harrogate and the five star Raithwaite Hall Country Retreat project in Sandsend.
Former England Cricket Captain, Michael Vaughan is a non-executive Director of the firm.
Paul Ellis, Managing Director of Skelwith Group commented: “We are proud to support Leeds Carnegie and it is a great club to be associated with. This partnership will significantly raise our profile and we look forward to many joint initiatives with the club. We have strong sporting connections so this feels like a natural fit.”
